A good explanation about the wraps - it's very easy to forget that it is just the air that's missing!  I do think wraps are nutritionally good from the point of view that you can fit a lot more salad and veggie type stuff into them than you can a normal sandwich</description>

		<description>Great to see your kitchen. There are so many non-cooks out there today who have huge kitchens full of fancy stuff that is rarely used. As you have shown, all a great cook really needs is a stove and fridge.</description>
