		<description>I love Otsu too. Here is a version I do with &lt;a href="http://herbivoracious.com/2007/10/recipe-otsu-noo.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;grilled eggplant&lt;/a&gt;. You are absolutely right about getting your tofu dry if you want a nice brown crust. Even if you don't press it, it makes a big difference to dry the surface with a paper towel immediately before putting it in the oil.</description>

		<description>Looks delicious as always :) Oddly enough it's exactly what I was looking for! I have a package of extra firm tofu in the fridge that I need to use, soba noodles - unopened unlike 3-4 other packages in the pantry and DH loves japanese.</description>
