		<description>I agree...roasts can even be simpler then a stir-fry! You don't have to cut up a ton of veggies and then watch them the whole time they're in the pan.  Plop it in the oven and there you go! Looks beautiful!</description>

		<description>NOM! What a gorgeous roast, it looks so tender and juicy! I've no idea why roasts are reserved for weekends and special occasions, if you think about it they really are quite easy, compared to a soup or stew...! Bring on the roast revolution?</description>
