I am in Ontario, Canada and our summer has started with 30 degree hot humid weather, so I have completely swithed to summer dinners like, toasted tomato sandwiches or mini quiche and salad. But today turned cold, windy and rainy... I am definitly going to try your suggestion of a mushroom based Shepherds pie.

I read your posts every morning, and love how you honestly rarely have a plan for dinner. And thats life, thats what being a cook is really about. Being able to take what you have and make something delicious. Way to keep it real!
