		<description>I love cooking with tea - especially Lapsang Souchong.  I moved here from the coast a few years ago, leaving behind my vegan needy friends.  As a meat eater who loves smokey flavors I was constantly frustrated in missing that note in my food.  Lapsang infussed into butter or oil then used to cook any sort of green is great.</description>
