My 5 year-old son recently helped me make your "Choclava" cookies...yummy! I'd love to try some more of your cookie recipes. I didn't realize how challenging it would be to pack his school lunch/snacks every day!
Last night we had teriyaki chicken thighs, rice, roasted red peppers and carrot/turnips mashed together. My kids cleaned their plates.

Does this one fall into the new FSF parameters of waiting 'til Tuesday? If so, I'd LOVE to have a copy of your One Smart Cookie book. That's awesome.

For dinner last night: a warm salad of roasted pepper squash, shallots, wild rice, and roasted chickpeas. Yummy.
