I'm a huge Michael Pollan fan - I find his writing makes such sense in today's food world.
The week of the 23rd works for me (just not Wednesday!)Looking forward to it...

Hi Julie,

My weight loss efforts are finally back on track after being off WW online over Christmas. Habits are hard to break and even though I felt I was 'controlled' on my indulgences, they created new habits like night time snacking which are hard to break.

Julie at six feet tall you may not be too far from goal. It'll feel great to break the 200 mark, I know it was a thrill for me. Think I'm at about 172.
Have recently made the wonton ravioli I saw you do on It's Just Food. They're SO easy and fabulous!! Also have done your veg curry and loved it.
