		<description>Oh Julie, this pasta dish is just divine. I have just had my first taste of it, having only made it yesterday (Sunday). The Chard even caramelized a touch on the bottom of the dish and came out smoky and rich. I used about 1 cup of Double Smoked Cheddar in with the rest of the cheeses and it really put it over-the-top. Thank you so much.</description>
