Oh Julie, this pasta dish is just divine. I have just had my first taste of it, having only made it yesterday (Sunday). The Chard even caramelized a touch on the bottom of the dish and came out smoky and rich. I used about 1 cup of Double Smoked Cheddar in with the rest of the cheeses and it really put it over-the-top. Thank you so much.

First of all, congrats on your sister getting the house across the street! Plus hosting Anthony Bourdain – I was just watching him last nite on tv and he’s a very humble guy. As for dinner, I recently had japchae along with bulgolgi (with whole chestnuts, yum!).
