Why my boyfriend wanted spice cupcakes in Spring, I do not know! Anyway, what he wants, I usually make for him! I found this recipe and just made these cupcakes. They are really yummy! They’re moist and the spice level is just right. The recipe was super easy to follow. It made 24 cupcakes. I used your plain cream cheese frosting recipe to top them. I really think he’s going to like these! Thanks so much.

The cupcake design with the dog frosting was so creative and if it hasn’t been entered as a muffin cook off it should. I’m going to try with a cat face. It looked like 2 cupcakes, one sat upright on top of first. But 1st I’m going to try and think up an original flavor–like that’s even possible these days. Great job to whomever created the design. Can really be used for any animal children or adults like–even frogs!
