A BC Dinner at Rouge
It’s almost midnight. All I can summon is a haiku:
grown in BC
the chefs at Rouge transform it
good food makes me happy
Quail egg and bacon hash and sangria.
Fiddlehead souffle.
Oysters.
Duck.
